ACCREDITED DANCE EXAMS Students have the choice to take Bollywood, Bhangra or Ballet dance examinations. After taking the exam, each student will receive a report, certificate and an award/trophy/cup/medal.
Exams can be taken for any level and begin from the age of 3 on wards. Adults are equally encouraged to take exams. Exams are held twice a year in July and December. The next session of exams will be on Monday 9th December between 5pm-9pm. Exact times will be given closer to the exam, generally the younger students will be at 5pm and the adults later on around 8pm. Bollywood, Bhangra and Street dance exams can also be taken by video in advance if student is unable to attend. The deadline for payment is Saturday 23rd November 2019. Please see exam fees in the below table. If a student decides to take an exam after the fee deadline they may still be able to enter with a late fee. The examination board does not normally offer refunds except if the student has an injury and can provide a valid doctors note. Also, if students under the age of 6 years come in to the exam hall but can not perform in front of the examiner, i.e. they start crying as they are nervous, then the fee for the exam will be refunded. |

Bollywood and Bhangra students must wear all black to the exam, for example black leggings/bottoms and black top. Hair must be tied up in a bun.
Ballet students must wear a pink leotard (no skirt) tights and ballet shoes with hair tied up in a bun.
